Our face glow will easily define the choices of our healthy foods. There are plenty of foods which are commonly known as anti-ageing foods such as garlic, broccoli, fruits and sea foods. Junk and oily foods always harmful for the health and also affects the skin glow. Always appreciate your foods and try to eat slowly; this will helps in the digestion, lower the stress and reducing the chances of wrinkles or black spot on the face.

Always go for green
Green leaves vegetables are playing the crucial role for the better skin health, because they contains the several antioxidants like Vitamin E and C. In the green vegetables commonly found the selenium which works against the radicals and reducing the process of ageing.

Protect from the sun
We always love the lighting day but skin does not feel the same because ultraviolet rays of sun will harm its glow. Before outing in the sun always protect your skin with use of sunscreen. You can also use the umbrella and hat to protect your face from the rays. Sunlight is very effective for the health because it gives the vitamin D, which is useful for the bones strength. But always remember the limits either you will suffer from the wrinkles, freckles and dry skin problems.

Cut down smoking
Smoking is not only affecting the physical health but also damage the skin glow. It has been proved that a single puff will release the millions of free radicals in the lungs and reduces the blood flow in the body, which makes the skin lifeless. Smoking addiction is not only contributed the diseases but also enhance the chances of psychological health problems. Mostly smoking addiction is contributed the hardening of arteries problem which later on leads to the erectile dysfunction in men.
